I’m Christine McCormack and I am a registered psychotherapist. In total privacy I can help you figure out what you can do to feel better about yourself and your life. You may want to live more fully, with purpose and meaning, especially, when you’re ‘sick and tired of being sick and tired’.

You may want to heal the past hurts and begin making sense of how you will go on in your life; find your path, and learn how to make new decisions that help you achieve success. Happiness happens when you feel success.

Most people come to therapy because they are tired of feeling, discontent, depressed or anxious. These feelings are an indicator that you are ready to make a change. You might be used to doing this alone but it takes longer to recover by yourself and change with the help of a therapist can speed up the journey that often takes longer when you do it by yourself. Therapists are trained to help you focus on the change and healing you want. The process of putting words to your experiences and emotions is the main reason for attending sessions.

I know how people can bounce back from pain, I believe in the human spirit and its ability to find meaning in life under all circumstances.
